The positive reviews of this hotel are entirely justified. In fact, I can hardly add anything new to them. It is a beautiful and extremely well-maintained hotel, where everything is arranged down to the last detail. The staff are, without exception, friendly and helpful. Damage occurred after a minor accident on my part. Although I was somewhat concerned about it, I naturally reported it. The response was reassuring, and to my surprise, it was repaired free of charge and with a smile. That could have gone very differently… I really cannot think of a single area for improvement. The challenge for this hotel will be to maintain this level of service. Next year, I will check to see if they have succeeded. In short: a top performance! Update May 26, 2026 Returned to this hotel after a year. It is a gem close to the coast. It is still a well-maintained, friendly, quality hotel. I have nothing to add to my review from last year. See you next year!

I spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed it! Elite has many things going for it but the #1 is location, location, location! You can roll down the gentle hill and be right at the strand and only 10 minutes from Balmains beach. The main beach is basically at the bottom of the hill and across the street. That said, there are so many other great things including the beautiful roof terrace (where they have a bar with great cocktails, hot tub, and sauna in-season) and the wonderful staff. Rooms are snug but well appointed and they do have AC that you can control to a point. Best of all the owners are so friendly and welcoming. Oh and they will supply you with beach towels and even an umbrella if you want one. Now that's something I really appreciated! I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at the Elite Hotel! It's a space clearly geared towards the LGBTQIA+ community, with a very welcoming, respectful, and friendly atmosphere, which makes all the difference during your stay. The service was excellent, always friendly and attentive. The location is also a big plus, super convenient for exploring the area. The bed was extremely comfortable, guaranteeing great nights of rest. The room, although small, is very cozy and well-utilized. Another highlight is the rooftop, which is an incredible space to relax, and the jacuzzi makes everything even more special. As a point to improve, breakfast could offer more autonomy, especially regarding the coffee with milk, as you have to wait for service, which can end up taking a little while. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming environment, well-located, and with great service!

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The welcome at reception was excellent, and the moment you walk in you notice the amazing scent, small detail, but it sets the tone. The hotel has a true boutique feel, clearly run by owners who care. You can see the attention to detail and style everywhere! Rooms were very comfortable, especially the bed, and having sockets on both sides is a simple but important touch. Cleaning was done later in the morning, which meant no rushing, really appreciated. Breakfast is continental style, well maintained and constantly topped up, with fresh coffee made on the spot. The rooftop is a big highlight: drinks, jacuzzi, sauna, and sunbeds. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun, with a very open and relaxed atmosphere. Location is spot on, right in the centre and just a short walk to the beachfront. On checkout, they kindly stored our luggage so we could make the most of the last day. Overall, a genuinely great experience. Would absolutely come back.

Our stay at the Hotel Elite in Sitges was absolutely wonderful. From the very first moment, we felt right at home thanks to our incredible hosts, Stephane and Stephane. They are two delightful people, extremely kind and always attentive to every detail to ensure a perfect stay. Their hospitality truly makes all the difference. The hotel is of exceptional quality: everything is spotless, meticulously maintained, and the attention to detail is evident in every corner. It's an elegant and comfortable place with a very special atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, Stephane and Stephane make this hotel truly unique. It was a 5-star stay, and we highly recommend the Hotel Elite to anyone visiting Sitges. We can't wait to return!

This is a great place to stay in Sitges. The hotel is fun, has great facilities and is run by terrific staff. The rooftop in particular is excellent and is a great place to spend an afternoon.
