Stockholm's best karaoke place without a doubt! The staff is warm and familiar, and with a sharp sense of humor. Will never stop going there!

Unexpectedly nice atmosphere on a Friday night! An extra shout-out to the guards who were awesome!

It was pretty empty of people at nine o'clock on a Friday. When some of my party asked about her who visited them at the door (apparently does that with everyone?) she replied sarcastically and rudely "I'm going to look at the orb". The woman in question was extremely rude the rest of our stay (asked where to drop off karaoke tickets and got the answer "what do you think? Are you stupid or something"). Because of her we left the place... could have put up with the empty place and high prices, but crappy attitude for no reason always goes away.

I have never been treated so badly in any restaurant ever. The staff is very hot-tempered. Very judgmental without even having a conversation with me.! Instead of calmly explaining the routines to me as a new customer, I was treated very aggressively.! Without explanation why. In addition to the fact that I needed to show identification, I was asked to open my bag in front of everyone in line. She rummaged through my bag and without explaining why, she threw my coffee out of the thermos I had brought. She felt she had not been allowed to look properly enough in my bag and wanted to take it into the kitchen and also search my clothes outside and that I should empty my pockets. When I questioned it, I was not welcome to come in anymore. This treatment is bizarre. I do not want to give a single star.
