The hotel is completely out of line with what a normal hotel should be. The toilet and shower are not in the room, but shared. We booked a room with a double bed, but were checked into one with two small ones, although the women in the next room had one double bed (they were checked in a little later than us). We also heard everything the women in the next room were saying. It was cold at night. At 9:30 in the morning they started cleaning the other rooms and the toilet and shower (check-out at 12:00) it was VERY uncomfortable to go to the restroom because the floor was slippery, and it is not comfortable at all when someone is making noise outside the door for an hour! We do not recommend this "hotel".

The hotel is terrible!😭 Not cleaned, flies flying, big mosquitoes, hair on the bed, TV not working. I give 1 star.

My worst experience in Lviv I do not recommend this establishment at 23 Bohdana Khmelnytskyi St. to anyone. The photos and descriptions on the websites have nothing to do with reality. The rooms are dirty, the smell is unpleasant, the staff is rude or absent altogether. There is no point in talking about the service - you feel like no one needs you here. The only plus is the location, but even that does not save the situation. ❗ Don't waste your money and nerves. Choose another place - there are many decent options in Lviv.

I came to Lviv with my girlfriend for two days, but the impression of the room spoiled the whole mood!!!! We took a room for 1500 UAH, according to them "the best", the room is dirty, there is no hairdryer and disposable shoes, although the website said that they are provided, the TV does not work, and the shower cabin is generally terrible ... the room is stuffy, the windows open every other time, the bedspread was dirty, and the sheets were stained! The room is on the fourth floor, the stairs are not illuminated at all in the dark, and the stairs are very steep I categorically do not recommend this hotel!!!

A cheap, no-frills place to stay, in a good location. When booking on-line however, payment in advance is required. Entry is via Button 1, on the left hand intercom.

The rooms do not correspond to the declared Very cold, the rooms are not heated, they say that in winter it is 21 degrees, this is the maximum, they can not add anything, and in general it is warm outside. Everything is old, shabby, dirty. Although we booked a room for half a day, just to throw things and take a shower, but it should be at least clean, and not everything is held on by snot and the table has not been wiped for weeks, and such a feeling that you were stepping on it. Not a bad, cheap place to stay, the rooms are beat up, but for that kind of money - private bathroom, wifi, comfortable bed. I was here twice in winter, and I didn't freeze in the basement. I consider the basement a plus because of the war

In general, yes, the center, the price is understandable for the LOCATION, but this is the only point for which you can pay such money for only 1 night. The room is not soundproofed, the smell in the toilet is not very pleasant, the shower is terrible, I can't say anything else about the furniture and bed. Another minus is the sockets: one near the door, where you can charge your phone by putting it on your charging unit. The others that are available to you are those to which the TV and tuner are connected 👍🏻, actually that's all. You won't find anything else. I don't want to return to Lviv to this "hotel", it's just a hostel at the minimum level. I just want to thank you for a place to stay for the night.

People are unpleasant, the administration does not know how to communicate with people. The room is on the basement floor, they did not warn about it, it is cold and damp in winter, the toilet is not cleaned, wet and dirty.

We definitely wouldn't want to come back here again. This hostel (not a hotel) has a lot of minuses, from the appearance of the room with mold in the bathroom to the simply terrible freezing in the room. We slept in two suits at the same time and it was more or less comfortable only under the blanket (so thin that it was only put on in the summer). The balcony door on one side did not close properly, there was mold in the bathroom, the water in the shower almost did not drain properly 🫢Almost all the handles out of six on the bedside table were "bitten off". Well, couldn't some ordinary handles have been screwed on?? The glasses "stuck" to the table. If the walls were not washed, they would have been repainted by now, it feels as if they had walked on them with shoes on purpose and left them that way. Also, the booking did not indicate anywhere that there was no elevator. The administrator offered to take the luggage to the -1 floor, so as not to drag heavy suitcases to the 4th floor, but if you are not a strong man, it is almost impossible, so we had to leave them there in the corridor. All this would be acceptable if the price was half as low. But there are also pluses, the location is not far from the center and the cleaning lady is pleasant to communicate with (as we understood). That's all. The "hotel" needs immediate complete renovation, otherwise in a few years you will not have 3.1 stars, but 0.1! Good luck!
