Hotel Tsisar Bankir
Some visitors found the staff nice and the location good, with one mentioning constant hot water. However, many reviewers complained about the rooms being very cold, dirty, and in poor condition, with shared bathrooms and issues like hair on the bed and non-working TVs.

Terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone
Nice staff and nice atmosphere.
Very very cold rooms!! They don't give slippers, the floor is wooden and super cold…. The room decoration is old, the entrance is dirty… The conditions are terrible. I don't advise anyone! It's better to spend the night in a hostel.
We booked a room at 5:00 in the morning, and we checked in, but at 12:00 we were already kicked out. Keep in mind, the rooms are cold, the bathroom is shared, everything is very audible, if someone goes to the toilet, it is very audible, I do not recommend this hotel!
We stayed at the hotel in August 2025, standard double room, Ira, a young, pleasant girl, met us and settled us in and helped us solve all the issues. She gave us the most pleasant impressions (the receptionist was generally pleasant to talk to). There is constant hot water in the shower, which is great, but there is no soap and you have to keep the "goose" on your own. The room would like to be cleaner, the toilets are tidier. The biggest minus is that there is no refrigerator in the entire hotel (that was important to me). They clean and change towels upon request. It is nice that after checking out of the room you can leave your things and pick them up before going to the station. It is good that there is a shelter, albeit small.
