Great looking hotel. All the facilities for a resort. Includes a very nice outdoor pool and an indoor pool with jacuzzi.

We used the wheelchair-accessible room, excellent adaptation; we rarely find that in hotels. Very good service, and the restaurant had very good food and good prices. Highly recommended.

This definitely isn't a 5 star hotel. Whoever assigned this rating hasn't been to a 5 star hotel. I'm reviewing it as a 3 star hotel, which I think is accurate. I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group. My room was large and it was clean. The bed was ok. The hotel is noisy. In my room, I could hear noise from outside (including loud music at 12:15 am) and from the lobby (including a family in the lobby around 10:30 pm). I could also clearly hear the wake-up alarm from my neighbor's room. On the 2nd morning, I came back from breakfast and my room key didn't work. The front desk reset it, but it was annoying. We had dinner in the hotel on the first night, it was ok. The highlight was the vegetable empanadas. They were spinach and tasted like an Argentinean version of spanikopeda. The fish was local, called Pacu. It's a fleshy white river fish with a very thick skin, which was ok. The chimichurri sauce was delicious and I spread it on the fish. The apple cake was also pretty good. The hotel isn't near much, only the 3 borders area. It's about 1 mile to downtown.

Incredibly beautiful! The service is excellent, all the staff are super friendly and attentive. The room with the river view is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is excellent; we didn't use the outdoor one because the weather was cold, but the entire hotel is beautiful and super comfortable. And the food is better at the hotel than in the city center. We would return a thousand times. THANK YOU!

Beautiful hotel, not far from the center, easily walkable. The only downside was the breakfast; the food wasn't great, although there was a fair amount of variety. Also, the Wi-Fi didn't work well in the rooms; you had to go to the lobby to get it working. Recommended. It has an outdoor pool, a heated pool, a gym, a soccer field, a tennis court, a pool table, foosball, ping pong, a small playground, and a spa (for an additional fee).

Everything was excellent. We stayed for 7 days and had an amazing time. The waiters, reception staff, and the entire team were very friendly. The restaurant food and drinks were delicious. We will definitely be back 😊

I want to thank the entire team at the Gran American Portal Iguazú. Everyone was incredibly kind, from the reception staff to the cleaning staff. The restaurant serves top-notch food at excellent prices, and the breakfast is fantastic! The waitresses are very attentive and friendly. They're a 10 out of 10!
