Parque de la Independencia

Parque de la Independencia is Rosario's large central park and, after dark, a long-standing gay cruising spot, with activity typically concentrated in the evening hours. Argentina is one of Latin America's most LGBTQ-friendly countries, but cruising areas are public spaces shared with families and joggers, so discretion and respect for others are expected. Standard personal-safety precautions apply: stay in reasonably lit and populated areas, keep valuables secure, and be aware of your surroundings after dark.
