Very good experience

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Spacious and comfortable room with integrated kitchen and excellent heater. Very good breakfast and Wi-Fi. Excellent service. I would easily return! Note: My flight arrived early and they processed the early check-in without any problems.

Excellent location. Superb view. Heated pool. Sauna. Gym. Breakfast included. No on-site restaurant, but several restaurants are located on the same block.

We stayed from June 15th to 18th. From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt very comfortable and welcoming, with all the necessary amenities. The spacious entrance hall features spectacular armchairs, a table and chairs, a small armchair, a water dispenser, a coffee machine, and a TV. Room 209 is a two-room apartment with all the comforts, daily cleaning, towel changes, and replenished tea bags. The best part is the view of the Beagle Channel and the side view of the snow-capped peaks of the Andes. The hotel is just steps from everything: the main street, the prison museum, the pier, and tourist shops. The breakfast buffet is very complete; nothing is missing: croissants, bread, eggs, cold cuts, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and juices. It's truly refreshing to be able to enjoy the pool and gym area after a day of excursions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, a characteristic shared by all residents of this southern city. It was striking how friendly strangers on the street struck up conversations with us. The hotel is very well heated and boasts a sixth-floor observation deck furnished with inviting furniture that perfectly complements the views of the canal and the city. I would love to return in the summer, and my choice of hotel would be the Cilene del Faro.

We were already familiar with Ushuaia, but this was our first time staying here. Everything was excellent: the location at the beginning of the main street and just steps from the waterfront, the luxurious service and breakfast, and the comfortable room with a view of the Beagle Channel. Special mention to Víctor, who gave us a wonderful welcome and was attentive to everything!

The hotel deserves congratulations, especially the entire reception team; they are helpful and very attentive... I only have praise for the inn ✨️✨️✨️✨️

Excellent hotel 🤍. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities, the varied buffet breakfast, and Alejandra's excellent service in the spa area. The room was air-conditioned and very well-equipped, with a kitchenette, which was a huge plus. Due to my gluten intolerance, they provided rice cakes for breakfast every day, which was much appreciated. It's also very well located. Highly recommended ⭐️

We stayed the week of April 18th to 25th. The service from all the staff was incredible, especially Alejandra at the spa, who was wonderful. It was the perfect way to end the day after excursions. The location is excellent. The views are amazing, highly recommended. If you're on foot, everything is close by. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were lovely. The reception staff were always ready to help with any issues. The breakfast staff were also very attentive and friendly. It's the ideal place for an amazing vacation. We will definitely choose them again! Thank you!
