The service at both the café and reception was excellent. We were very well attended to by Ivanilde at the café; she was attentive and polite. The rooms themselves are well-kept; the only problem is the soundproofing, which was almost nonexistent in the room I stayed in. The area is quite safe to walk around during the day, but we didn't feel comfortable at night.

I've been at the hotel for a week now, the service is perfect, the coffee is wonderful. Dona Ivanilde took perfect care of the staff.
