The hotel isn't as nice as it looks in the photos. My room had problems with the shower; the water wasn't very hot. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The staff were very attentive, and the location is close to the center and several small places to eat.

I had a great experience during my stay, the breakfast was wonderful and Giovanna's service was exceptional.

Edit after the hostel's response: This is in no way our responsibility, and at no point did I blame anyone. I only said that the rudeness and unfriendly attitude were unnecessary. Is it up to us, first-time guests at the place, to know how the establishment's check-in policies work? The employee even commented, "If I had been the one to confirm your stay, I would have asked for this beforehand, but it was one of the boys...", so, please. We went on a university trip, and we arranged to stay here because it was more affordable for us. The check-in was stressful for both us and the employee. However, nothing justifies her unfriendly and rude attitude towards us. So the service during the end of the day on May 28, 2026, was regrettable. Regarding the rooms, it's what you expect from a hostel; depending on the room, you get a nice balcony. The room that has air conditioning has a remote control at reception, and you can't keep it, so whenever you want to use it or change the temperature, you have to go to reception, which makes you lose the desire to use it. Regarding the bathrooms, some are quite cramped, others more decent, and the replenishment of basic items (soap, paper towels, and toilet paper) was adequate. Regarding the showers, there are 3 separate female and 3 male cabins. The space is tiny, especially if you have someone else with you. The area for putting clothes on is lamentably small. The ceiling... full of mold. The breakfast was quite average for the price paid. In general, the place delivers on the price we paid, and it wasn't a bad experience only because I was with my friends.

My experience at the H3 Hotel was quite positive, and I believe it deserves a 4-star rating. The main positive points were the quietness of the rooms on the higher floors, which provided a great night's sleep, the shower with very hot water, and the daily cleaning, which was very well done throughout my stay. The location is also a strong point, especially for those who need to travel around the Paulista region. The breakfast is good, but it could have a little more variety between days. After a few mornings, it becomes quite repetitive. Among the negative points, the main one was the room's magnetic card, which frequently malfunctioned and required several trips to reception for reactivation. In addition, some areas of the hotel already show signs of wear and tear and deserve modernization. The elevator doors, for example, and some finishes give a feeling of an older structure. Overall, however, it's a hotel that delivers a lot for the price charged. It has a great location, comfort, cleanliness, and excellent value for money for those looking to stay in the area.

An amazing hotel in the city centre, less than 1 minute walking to the underground metro station as well. Staff have been so welcoming my whole trip, especially Giovanna who usually checks us in at breakfast. The leisure centre is beautiful too with a heated pool, sauna, and steam room. I enjoyed a trip to the spa as well which was so perfect. I have no complaints.

We made a reservation at the Melia Hotel on Avenida Paulista, thinking we would have a peaceful and quiet experience. Well, the check-in was wonderful, the employee Pedro attended to us very well, he was super polite and attentive. Guilherme, in the evening, was also very attentive. The problem is the housekeeping team. A room with 2 bath towels and a face towel. However, this extremely stingy 5-star hotel only left 1 shaving kit and 1 kit with a toothbrush. I think they think guests don't have hygiene habits or treat same-sex couples this way. And as if the "efficiency" wasn't enough, I only noticed that the dispenser was stuck because the housekeeping staff didn't observe its use. I only realized it when I was in the shower. From the time I contacted reception to the failed attempt to resolve the problem (it wasn't resolved; the liquid soap remained stuck), 39 minutes passed. Meanwhile, my husband waited to finally take a shower. I only have two questions: doesn't the hotel think that a couple has sufficient hygiene habits that they don't have to share a toothbrush? Is this type of treatment for everyone or is it selective for same-sex couples? I don't even want to imagine the answer, but it left a very disappointing impression.

The hotel is indeed in an excellent location. However, it's extremely noisy, at least for room 401. The minibar is loud, and there's construction nearby; sometimes you can even hear construction trucks at 1 am. Some locals talk really loudly very late at night, and on Sunday, there was music playing as well. I stayed 4 nights and couldn't get a full night's sleep. Also, the receptionists were not really helpful. I feel the customer service, except for the ladies from the restaurant, who were very nice, lacked the kindness I sensed during my stay in Brazil.

I've been to São Paulo several times and didn't know this hotel. I decided to stay there this last time and now I'll probably become a loyal customer. The hotel has a very good price, excellent rooms, a sufficient breakfast, and polite and helpful staff. I included some photos and videos in my review so you can see the quality of the service. You can stay there or consider this hotel without any hesitation because it's truly very pleasant. If I return to São Paulo, I will stay there again. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Natalia, who works at breakfast, is very friendly and makes delicious tapiocas. Excellent stay.
