If you look up the definition of "customer service," Álvaro's face should be the first result. Outstanding service. Incredible. 5 stars for him. When we booked, they didn't specify that it was the Inca Terraces II, so we had to climb several stairs, although Álvaro helped us. Breakfast was good and plentiful to start the day. The room is super nice. The only downside was that the corners and under the bed were very dirty; I dropped a t-shirt between the nightstand and the bed, and it came out covered in grime. It's also very close to the Plaza de Armas, so handy if you're coming from Aguas Calientes. Thanks

Ollantaytambo was a pleasant surprise. The town is a gem; if we had known, we would have planned our trip to base ourselves there. The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming, with extras like a jacuzzi and sauna, and a terrace perfect for relaxing for hours, day or night.

We booked three rooms in total. The matrimonial room (5) was spacious and well-equipped, with a heater, fridge, and wardrobe. In the second building, the twin room (7) was also relatively spacious and had a heater, making it more comfortable than the twin room (3), which felt quite cramped. In room (3), there was hardly any space to store clothes or bags, so we had to place everything on the bed. The bathroom was small but had good water pressure for the shower, and soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. However, no complimentary drinking water bottles were available. Breakfast box was enough as we left at 4AM.

Mrs. Ana and her colleagues at the Andenes del Inca hotel were very attentive and kind. They coordinated our activities, drivers, and guides for the tour we had scheduled very well. They even provided us with breakfast. Thank you so much, Mrs. Ana!

The room was a good size and comfortable overall. The staff were very friendly (thanks Alvaro) and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. The breakfast selection was rather limited, but for the price, the hotel was still good value. Overall, it’s a solid option for a one-night stay.

Excellent experience! The highlight was the hospitality: we received a complimentary room upgrade that made all the difference. Special mention to **Álvaro**, who was spectacular and took care of every detail. **Pros:** * Clean, organized room with Smart TV and Wi-Fi. * Cozy bed and spotless, clean bathroom. * Fair breakfast! Good value for money. * Excellent service from start to finish. **Improvements:** * **Room 2:** Needs blackout curtains (the window is next to an outdoor lamp, making the room bright at night). * **Hot water:** The temperature fluctuates and gets cold when the hotel is busier. * **Pillows:** They could offer options with intermediate density. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Andenes Del Inka. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view that made our time in Ollantaytambo even more special. The best part of the experience was the staff; they were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel at home. We would happily stay here again!

Albaro at the front desk was a gem; very friendly and helpful. The place is very warm and welcoming. Good breakfast, rooms, showers, etc.

We had a pleasant night here as a group of three. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern. Everything was clean and tidy – both the room and the entire hotel. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Álvaro!! (I hope I remembered the name correctly 😅)

A decent place to stay in Ollantaytambu. Friendly staff, good size rooms and clean. Walkable distance from the train station, market and restaurants.

Spacious, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, the breakfast is very basic but overall a good hotel.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The breakfasts were great, the rooms cozy - including heaters in the rainy season and the hot tub was fabulous at the end of the day. This was one of our favourite places to stay during our trip and although the hotel was great, the staff offered real hospitality.

Great place to stay in Ollantaytambo. Room was spacious for a family and Joseph gave wonderful service. Location was also nice as it was near the square but not so close it was noisy. There was some noise from passing guests and the hot water was limited for showers but would otherwise recommend.
