Capsule Hotel

A couple of things 1) Had a good experience given the price, very affordable and good amenities 2) Cleanliness was very inconsistent, there was times where the common areas were very dirty, food on the ground and staff members did not seem to care. 3) The staff that works here does not seem to like working there, as someone who works in hospitality you SHOULD hire staff that enjoys hospitality. 4) Whenever I would come back after 10pm I waited over 30 minutes for someone to open the door although I kept ringing the doorbell, most of the times another guest opened the door for me 5) When I checked out I witnessed a lady talk to the front desk about how she was given a dirty blanket and asked for a new one but it was really difficult for her to reach the staff and it took over 40 minutes. After she left, the front desk person and another staff member started mocking her saying that she was too sensitive and used some pretty unprofessional words in French. This was a really messed up way to end my stay because it’s disappointing to witness hotel staff mock and talk badly about a guest. 6) The staff that was mocking this guest also seemed to not care about helping anyone at the hotel, honestly he made me feel quite unsafe. This hotel is good but I think it’s important for you to not hire staff that will publicly mock a guest while other guests are listening.

The Capsules and the place were cool and fun, but the room we got was so insanely hot. We either had to sleep with the door open or let the tiny AC unit run with bright lights on (if you turn them off the AC turns off.)

I booked a 3-night stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled, and instead of landing in Montreal, I landed in Quebec City. I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and ask if it was possible to change my dates. They told me I had to contact Booking.com to make the change. Booking.com then contacted the hotel, which refused any date changes or refunds. In short, their customer service was completely incomprehensible. I do not recommend booking at this hotel.

Everything is great except for how bad the air conditioning in the pod is. Expect to be very hot at night.

A very bad experience at this establishment. I was supposed to stay for six nights, but from the very first night, I knew it wasn't going to be possible. When I asked the hotel for compensation for the five nights I didn't stay, they hid behind Booking.com. As soon as I brought up the shortcomings in their advertised services, they hid behind Booking.com again. In short, they take no responsibility and everything is fine... I am very astonished by their dishonesty. I have my colleague as a witness to what the employees said, and the email I received as a response focuses on details rather than acknowledging the underlying problems. I can only advise against staying at this hotel.

For 24 hr reception, the overnight staff was sleeping. When we first arrived at 1230am, we were outside waiting for about 5 mins. The check in was fast, he did not tell us about anything useful and provided hand towels when asked for body towels. The bathrooms are disgusting, never cleaned and dont have any bodywash. Second night, got back at 3am. We tried calling and rang the doorbell multiple times. It took banging loudly on the door to wake up the receptionist to let us in. There was no apologies. Beds were comfy and private.
