Hotel Ecovergel Santa Lucía

The day pass is a great idea for couples. Eliud's service at the counter was excellent, as was his explanation. The facilities are very nice and clean, and the food is very good too. We ordered the shrimp tostadas, which I highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

I had heard some bad reviews, but decided to give it a try. I was surprised by the spectacular view from the room, and the pool on the 19th floor is amazing. I would definitely return. The room price was reasonable.

Very comfortable and with all services included, located near the center, they have a terrace and pool bar on the top floor of the building...

I'd heard bad reviews, but now I can confirm them. I wanted to try it for myself. First, the room was okay, all things considered. It wasn't as dirty as some other people's rooms, but they had a cockroach problem, and the towels were poorly washed and stained. They even charged us for those stains, even though we weren't the ones who caused them. They also claimed there was a stained bedspread, but that wasn't true at all. We asked for proof, and they wouldn't give us any. Honestly, it was a total disaster of a place to stay. It's a shame because of the good location, but there are much better hotels nearby. Don't risk it; it's definitely not worth it. The cleaning staff is incompetent, and the hosts are even worse—they don't do anything to resolve the issues.

I went from December 24th to 25th. Most things were fine except that the hot water never came out of the shower in my room. I went down to reception and couldn't find anyone, and the same thing happened when I left; I had to leave the key there at the front desk with no one to receive it. For that reason alone, I'm giving it 3 stars.
