The Leather Stallion Saloon is a gay bar on St Clair Avenue NE, just east of downtown Cleveland and one of the city's longer-running gay bars. Despite the name, most nights it works as a relaxed neighbourhood bar for men and their friends, with a pool table, quick bar service and a covered outdoor patio that gets used year-round. It opens at 4pm Monday to Thursday and closes at 1am, with 3pm openings and a 2am close on Friday and Saturday; Sunday runs 3pm to 1am. Weekend evenings and the patio in summer are the busiest. Regulars are chatty, so expect someone to say hello. TV screens are limited if you want to watch a game. Rated 4.4 from about 135 Google reviews.

The best nights in Cleveland always start in the leather stallion, their outdoor space is my husbands and I favorite area to dance chill, smoke and socialize with other fun people, especially in the winter. Bartenders are great and pour heavy, always a good time here
