Both good and bad take aways from this, we rented 2 rooms. Bad: The rooms needed a cleaning or a fresh coat of paint with all the marks on the wall, including what looked like feces on the bathroom walls. There were bugs. The shower head was angled toward the wall so you'd have to hug the wall to take a shower. The latch lock at the top of the door had a random screw instead of a post. You'd have to screw and unscrew the screw to "latch" it. The cleaning ladies barely spoke english. So communication was a problem there. We had an issue with our room, notified the front desk. Told them we did not want them working on the issue while we were gone and we'd be back shortly.... They went in anyway, when we cane back the issue was fixed. The pool picture is exaggerated with the lay out chairs. In total maybe 2. Good: Mike was polite and courteous. He explained everything and helped when needed. The area and views were beautiful. The pool was the best part!! Clean too!! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. (And even though there were bugs, there were no bed bugs!!)

Brian and Mike were wonderful!!! My boyfriend forgot his card and Brian ran out after us to make sure it was returned, his sense of urgency was SO NICE thank you to him!! Mike was very charismatic and kind and gave us a great room with a great view. The beds were really comfy. We had a very nice time and would stay again :)

Had a nice peaceful 3 days at the waterfront hotels. The view from the waterfront rooms was nice. Good location/affordabillity. Front office friendly and easy to deal with.

A beautiful hotel right on the waterfront. Brian gave us a super friendly welcome. He explained a lot to us and, for an extra charge, gave us a great room with a direct view of the water. The hotel is under new ownership and is being renovated gradually. The pool was very clean. It has the potential to be really good.

had an absolutely wonderful I I I had absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is truly excellent, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The highlight for me was the stunning water view—so gorgeous and peaceful. I can't recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be returning.

Check-in was great, Brian was incredibly friendly. We got a fantastic room for a small extra charge. It was clean and perfectly fine. The house is currently undergoing a lot of renovations. It would be nice if there were at least two plates and two sets of cutlery, as nobody packed any dishes in their suitcase. Otherwise, it was wonderful. The pool was clean and clear. We highly recommend it.

What stands out the most about this hotel is the staff. Friendly,helpful, and accommodating. Rooms are simple, with a small kitchen and balcony ( or porch ). I recently moved to florida and have been staying here for about a month and its been exactly what I need. I feel safe and the area is very walkable to several restaurants. They are currently updating/painting some of the rooms so I only expect things to get even better. I have no intention of finding another hotel due to the quality,safety, and service of this one!
