Restaurant is horrible… good service at the bar, but judging from the chicken pot pie… you’re better off with frozen food from a grocery store. Room is fine DO NOT EAT HERE!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager lied about the company policy, and when I asked for proof, they printed the AI search results page with policies that weren’t applicable to the Hilton or their specific location. It’s disheartening how far someone will go to provide such poor service. Then, another employee told corporate that I had emailed them when I never received it. He called me at 9 pm at night and left a voicemail, but I tried calling him back several times without any response. Another staff member called me from that location only to make me recount the entire story and say, “Well, I can’t help you.” Corporate couldn’t assist because that property is privately owned.

Decent Hotel for the price and a nice location with a great overlook of downtown Huntsville.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Don is the best front desk worker ever experienced. I had been away from my family and he asked me questions about home and was a pleasure to talk to. He was also efficient at helping me with my room issue. I attended a training hosted at this hotel. Ms. Annett assisted us with all our food and snacks. She was amazing! Also, the food she provided was better than three of the four sit down restaurants in Huntsville.

Perfect location

Stanley the chief that prepared our omelette each morning was a blessing. He was kind and efficient. Stanley is an asset to your hotel!

There are some people no too friendly but overall it's a great place to stay

Giving an overall 4 because I really did enjoy this hotel overall. It's beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, love the design and the lobby, and overall staff were very helpful. The included hot breakfast / omelets were far better than most included breakfasts at comparable hotels. However there are issues that need to be worked out to make for a better experience. Though the hotel seemed unusually full this past weekend, the front desk was far from staffed enough to handle the load. There was always a line of 8 - 10 people waiting to get help or check in. When you have just driven 7 hours to your destination the last thing you want to do is wait in a line for 20 minutes. Though I had fully checked in on my app I was told I had to wait in the line in order to have a card to get in the parking lot. The parking lot is another issue. My card only worked one time. From there on out I could not get in or out. I would have to call for assistance and hope someone answered. It was incredibly inconvenient trying to come and go so I ended up parking down the street. I would have asked for a card that worked but did not want to wait in the 20 minute line.
