Trilogy Hotel Huntsville, Autograph Collection Oteli

This hotel is amazing. We loved our stay and the fact that its close to the convention center and the park. Great location. The rooms were nice and comfy. They dont have connecting rooms but they did work hard to make sure that our too rooms were close to each other.

You will not be disappointed with the Trilogy Hotel Huntsville! The Hotel opened in late 2025 and it still has a "new feel." A soft, pleasant fragrance greets you as you enter the lobby and it is beautiful and comfortable (includes multiple spaces for intimate conversations -- one spot is sunken and has a fire place). When I checked in, someone was playing lovely music at the lobby piano. The bar is off to the side of the lobby which does not detract from the serene feeling you experience walking in. The Front Desk staff (Ketsia and Michael) were amazing and made my stay memorable! Everything that I saw was immaculate and the housekeeping staff that serviced my room was efficient and did a great job. The physical location of the Trilogy was perfect! It is downtown, adjacent to Big Spring Park (a green, walkable area with Koi fish ponds and ducks, entertainment, and nearby restaurants), and it is right across the street from the Von Braun Center (extremely convenient if you are traveling for an event there). My room was on the 7th floor and I don't know if it is available on all floors but another plus is that there was a modern, attractive spot as you exit the elevators with cold bottled water and access to coffee and different teas. If you choose not to valet park, there is a public parking garage within minutes of the Hotel. My stay could not have been better!

Contemporary, modern hotel. Good location across from the VBC and next door to green space/lake fountain /gazebo/Japanese bridge. Parking isn't immediately obvious. There was a valet stand charging $30/overnight stay at the front but if you go around the corner, a city parking garage charges $5/entry with plenty of spaces and a brief walk. The room and bathroom was clean. I had a breakfast voucher but we had to wait twenty minutes for a table due to Easter staffing. I would stay here again.

The hotel’s location and modern design are stunning, but the stay was frustrating due to poor service and inconvenient policies. First, the in-room phone never connected to the front desk—it went straight to an unconfigured voicemail. I had to use my personal phone to contact them. When I needed an iron for an urgent meeting in the morning, I was told it could take 1–2 hours, then suddenly told they had none at all—simply because the staff member didn’t want to bring one up. The attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Additionally, be aware: you cannot use the elevators without your room key. This means you can’t get food delivery or any other delivery (Amazon, etc.) directly to your room. One time, I stepped out of my room and forgot my key inside. I couldn’t go back up to get it, and even more frustrating, I couldn’t go downstairs to the front desk to get a new one because I couldn’t use the elevators. I ended up waiting there for about 10 minutes until someone came by and helped me. Last night, I wasn’t feeling well, so I ordered food and medication that my driver was supposed to bring to my room. The staff refused to let them come up, so everything had to be left downstairs, and I had to go get it myself. Also, the rooms have no microwave, so reheating food isn’t an option. For the price of the room, that’s frustrating. Overall, despite how beautiful the hotel is, the lack of basic service, limited amenities, and inconvenient policies completely overshadowed the experience.

Don't let the valet drive your car. They ruined my engine by treating it like a race car to park it. 0 to 60 on the way to park it. The hotel was alerted but did nothing to the employee. I'm sure they run the rest of the hotel the same way. Hard to trust their food, cleanliness of their rooms and bathrooms, if they turn their heads from this. I will never set foot in there again. 0 stars if I could rate them with it.

Per usual my time here has once again been one of My best stays the staff here always makes me feel like I’m on a mini retreat! And thank you Kendrick for your hospitality while dinning in the harvest dinning area of Trilogy. 10/10 will always recommend! 💜

The trilogy was brand new and absolutely beautiful, Huntsville is a hidden gem, and it is in such a nice area with a beautiful park and pond and 3 walking distance restaurants. I highly recommend Pana e Vino in the art museum you don’t have to pay to get in. The Italian food is cheap and yummy!

The Perfect Home Base in Downtown Huntsville ​As a frequent traveler and Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member, I can confidently say the Trilogy Hotel is a standout property in Huntsville. I recently stayed here while attending a convention at the Von Braun Center, and the convenience factor alone is unbeatable, it’s practically right next door to the venue. ​The rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and provided a great space to recharge. What truly elevated the stay, though, was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff who made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. ​One of the best perks of this location is being right beside Big Spring Park. After a busy day indoors, taking a walk around the park's beautiful pond and watching the koi fish was the absolute perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend this Autograph Collection hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Vintage vibes in modern style! This hotel is easily one of the most beautiful I've ever been to. Friendly staff, easy and safe parking nearby, and rooms that make you appreciate every detail. The hotel itself boasts several places to eat and outdoor areas, is directly connected to a Starbucks, and access to a lovely trail surrounding a pond if you want a quick stroll. A place like this had me wanting to move to Hunstville! Would stay here again.
