Good hotel; clean; quiet; great location; friendly service; good breakfast; negatives include charges for parking and the beds are too soft and saggy, which causes body discomfort.

As always Embassy Suites never disappoints. Front desk service is top notch, the room was clean and it was minutes from downtown. I will definitely be staying here again

In town for running lane. Graduation happened to me the same weekend. The service was great. Accommodating staff. Great meeting spaces for the runners recovery room.

Upon checking in, the gentleman was very pleasant and amiable. We were talking about the evening reception when he handed me my free drink reception passes. I had booked 3 rooms with 7 adults when it was time for the reception, the bartender told us that only 3 of the adults could participate due to lack of passes. It was a huge ordeal to try and get this handled. The rooms. I was in 834. The microwave nor refrigerator worked. Room 702 didn't have a hair dryer OR any coffee for the Keurig. Ohhh. They don't tell you that only the 7th floor has Keurigs either. There is NO hot tub even though it's still advertised on the website. It was a beautiful place, but you really could have done better.
