Best Western Superstition Springs Inn

We stay at this hotel frequently when visiting family. The location is perfect and we've never had a bad experience. The rooms are spacious and clean. The continental breakfast is great, but if you'd rather eat out there are several options nearby, including a Denny's that provides a discount for customers of the hotel. This location is perfect for Superstion Springs, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and the surrounding areas.

Had a great experience managed to get a disabled room last minute. Brilliant big room. Would've been better if it was a walk in shower but no issues showering unfortunately due to using the seat I accidentally soaked the floor had to use the leftover towels to dry floor up for safety. Pillows were comfortable and we were able to get more from the front desk easily. Staff were very friendly. Got our deposit back within 10 mins of check out. Handy for local restaurants. Would happily go back again. Only negative was the AC was very loud.

I was pleased to find this Best Western Inn near Banner Baywood Heart Hospital when a family member was a patient there. The Inn is large with a second story and outside entrances. There is no elevator. It is located 1.5 miles from the hospital, well-lighted at night, with wheelchair parking, and just across the street from a large shopping mall. There are restaurants nearby also. The staff was friendly and accommodating when a problem arose after I tried to add a night to my stay. This was resolved to my satisfaction. There is a free breakfast for all guests, a guest laundry, suite rooms, a pool, and other amenities to make one's stay comfortable. Children are welcome. This Inn also offers a discounted rate to guests who are there because of family members who are patients at the hospital. I really did appreciate this, as there were long days, early mornings, and late nights. I felt safe alone there at night too. I recommend this property.

During breakfast I had overheard a conversation with two front desk employees where the lady yelled at the young man also at the front counter, the lady at the front desk was very loud that I could hear her all the way in the dining area. Her demeanor and tone with her fellow coworker was very unprofessional, he tried to deescalate the situation but she took no prisoners and persisted.I had my toddler with me who was frightened. This experience made me think about not coming back to this establishment.

This is a pretty standard Best Western. The location next to the mall was nice, but it's definitely a city/urban location. I liked the waffle maker at breakfast--instead of one giant waffle, you can make one to four mini waffles. They also had good fruit toppings (like pie filling, almost--strawberry and blueberry) in addition to syrup.

This is a modern motor lodge. The room décor was very nice and modern. The bed was excellent and the room was clean. There was a full breakfast with eggs and meat. The building is set back from the major roads a bit and it is far enough away from the US 60 freeway that you do not hear it. You will get a good night's sleep. I have absolutely no complaints at all.

They accused us of stuff that absolutely did not happen. Very dissatisfied with the response when asked to speak with the manager. Over charged my cre4dit card. I called and the manager still has not called me back. I hope no one else experiences this

We had an enjoyable experience at the Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating we checked in with Laura and throughout our stay she always checked in with us to make sure our stay was satisfactory and if we needed anything. Hotel was clean and remodeled and very central to shopping and dining.

The door frame was cracked, the tv remote didn’t work, the staff raised their voice and still no contact from Best Western property. I have contacted corporate they claimed to have “escalated” the issue to their property. That has been over two weeks.
