Red Carpet Inn Norwalk, CT

Luxury motel....No!! Affordable, comfortable, great location... Heck Yeah!!! I've stayed here 4 times and will continue to do so for as long as I am traveling to CT. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to our needs. It's an A+ in my book!

HOLY HELL ! We walked in our room at 4:05PM and checked out at 4:06PM Smelled horrific of dirty bleach if that makes sence. The shower was dripping wet with all hair in it. The bathroom light and vent was broken with black mold inside,Im pretty confident there was blood on the wall and the people upstairs looked like they wanted to hurt me,and there was visible trash everywhere. We opted for the 3 hour drive home!

Place is slightly sketchy. Pulled in late last night after working a 15hr shift with my work van. An older man came out with a walkie talkie(assumed he was management) asked if i was staying here and then proceeded to tell me i have to park all the way in the back. When i asked if there was a reason since theres 3 open spaces in front of the room, he informed me there wasnt and i needed to move anyway.(the van fits in a single parking spot. Considering the area, I would have preferred to not walk 50 thousand dollars worth of equitment around the building.

I stayed in here one night to see a concert at Hartford Amphitheater. The WiFi seemed to work OK, parking is plentiful, check-in was easy, the bathroom was really bright and clean, and the rooms were reasonably clean. It’s not a luxury hotel, and there are certainly flaws: the bed is hard. The phone inside the room doesn’t work (but everyone has a mobile nowadays). But overall, this place served my needs for a quick one- night stay

Great clean hotel. Me and my family had a great time. Paco the guy at the front desk helped us out so much. Definitely a recommended

Bed was a bit hard for my taste, but everything else was pretty good.

Dirty towels, Unclean smells,TV remote does work smell like septic problem inside no extra blankets the coffee aera terrible the cleaning guy 😑 throwing large bags of trash down stairs what a mistake i will end this madness was very disappointed. And so much more sad.

Everything is dirty and disgusting. The smell of cigarettes in the room. Simply disgusting.

I have stayed at the motel 4 times now and have returned each time because the owners and employees have been nothing less than kind gratuitous and sweet. I highly recommend anyone stay at their establishment. You will not be disappointed
