Gables Grand Plaza Apartments

MY REPAIR WAS DONE DILIGENTLY AND WELL.

Problems persist: pool that never opens, package theft (new tenants beware packages are left by carriers in a public garage when lockers are not enough or not big enough), fire alarm going on regularly, elevators old and outdated, gym with minimum equipment (we were told they would update the space, still waiting), building entrance constantly unlocked (just plain old doors and system). Overall, a mediocre experience for the price.

Deceptive for the past 5 years about pool leaks and pool being closed. Fire alarms and other noise disruptions. Package theft.

The techs were great. Explained the process, the options, were very professional and courtesous, cleaned up each step of the way. Just a fantastic experiece

Great location and amazing staff. Marla and Janelle are always readily available to get our concerns answered-. Work orders are completed quickly. Downside of the building is that the pool has been under construction for more than three years.

The good, the bad and the ugly. Great location in Coral Gables. Old outdated elevators, old and and rundown carpet in the corridors, really bad package lockers system, literally in the middle of a public parking garage where anyone has access to packages left out of the lockers. Newly renovated units they are ok poorly finished with lights and fans removed but not replaced. Lots of rooms for improvement.

I have to be honest; living in these apartments has been a very disappointing experience. When we signed our lease, we were promised access to a pool, yet after a year of waiting, it's still not completed. The amenities are poorly maintained and old, and it's evident that the building's quality is subpar. Thankfully, we'll be leaving in the next few months. It's unfortunate that the reality of living here has not lived up to the expectations set by the management." Probably the worst building in Coral Gables. Don’t recommend this apartments to anyone.

2.5 years without a pool. 5ft time door lock runs out of battery and i am again locked out. maybe this time it will be changed like it was promised 3 times before. Gables is just abusing its position.

Absolutely gorgeous and incredible staff!

I love this building and Tatiana was very attentive. The building seems to be well maintained in a beautiful area of Coral Gables. I saw the renovated apartment 2/2 and it was fabulous and tastefully done. I would like to go back and see the 8 th floor apartment with high ceilings!

Terrible parking garage has cracks on coloums holding the building up that's a little over 30 years old now . Terrible property management as well some of the workers steal bicycles from tenants.A former tenant told me about the bikes

Tatjana was amazing to work with! She made the leasing process smooth and easy, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and the apartment is just what I was looking for. Highly recommend both Tatjana and Gables Grand Plaza!
