OutFest Philadelphia, şehrin her ekim ayında Center City ve Gayborhood'daki mekânlarda düzenlenen yıllık LGBTİ+ film festivalidir. Doğu Kıyısı'nın en uzun süredir devam eden queer film festivallerinden biri olan OutFest, ABD ve uluslararası queer film yapımcılarından uzun metraj, belgesel ve kısa filmleri bir araya getirir; ana akım festival satın almalarından deneysel ve topluluk üretimi işlere kadar şehirde başka platform bulamayacak işleri gösterir. Festival programlama odaklıdır — seçkiler ticari mantıktan çok gerçek bir küratöryel akıl yansıtır — ve gösterimlerin yanı sıra panel tartışmaları, yönetmen söyleşileri ve topluluk etkinliklerini içerir. OutFest, queer film festivallerini topluluk inşası etkinlikleri olarak gören gelenekte çalışır: herhangi bir gösterimdeki seyirci, filmin kendisi kadar önemlidir ve bir hafta paylaşılan sinemayla kolaylaşan rastlantısal karşılaşmalar ve bağlantılar festivalin amacına yerleşiktir.
