A good option but could be more friendly

Good room, spacious, comfortable bed and incredible view. Bathroom too, great shower! Good location, near the highly recommended restaurant Cabana do Sol. The employees were educated and helpful. Highlight for lunch and dinner, buffet with variety, we liked the food a lot! We ordered room service and it came quickly too. Overall we liked the breakfast, one day was better than the other. The tapioca made on the spot is disappointing because the sweet one comes with cold filling and little quantity. I recommend the hotel, I would stay again if I returned to the city

Beautiful hotel facing the sea but the neighborhood under construction is not great; not touristy; even if the hotel is by the sea, the access to the beach is not very nice via a bike path along a 2-lane road; it is very windy, ideal for kite surfing. As for the room, we had 1306 facing the sea, which you can hear through the windows. Earplugs recommended. The room is spacious (no hospitality tray for coffee). The safe is large and practical. The sliding closet doors are poorly installed and the shower leaks under the wall. The whole thing does not look well finished/maintained. At the bar, you have to pay for your drinks, it is impossible to add them to the dinner on the room bill. Not very practical. The staff does not speak English. It smells like humidity in the common areas.

Well-structured, comfortable, and clean hotel. Very good and plentiful breakfast, staff always attentive. Highlighting the care of manager Dayane and the wonderful view from our room. The pool area is a cinema. We gave suggestions about beach access and about putting more closets in the room, and we learned that measures in this regard are already being taken. We will certainly be back.

Very good hotel, I liked it, good beds, very good breakfast, very good reception

I stayed one night at this hotel and I found it beautiful and well located. The room was good, but the air conditioning was not working. The mattress was sinking a lot, which gave me back pain and, because of that, it needs to improve. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The breakfast is very good, with several options of breads, juices, and food. I really liked the pool, with a view of the sea and a wet bar. And there are several restaurants near the hotel, like Cabana de Sol, Aka (I found that wonderful, which is Asian food), and others.

The hotel offers a very good structure. I stayed in a large, very clean, and well-kept room. The whole team was very attentive, and the breakfast is very good and plentiful. I recommend

Large and comfortable rooms, our room had an excellent view (we had requested it in the reservation), few bathroom accessories in the room for three guests, we received only two cleansers. Decent breakfast.

Cleaning OK Academy: Does not work Breakfast OK I booked a month in advance, paid the view , arrived at the site 06 hrs in the morning , the other day of check-in, the room was not available, I went to another room , late in the afternoon , room change. (I was disappointed)

Nice big rooms, but absolutely horrible service. Room cleaning, room service etc. did not work art all and were shameful for a 5-star-hotel. Frustrating experience.
