Hampton Inn & Suites Salem

Five star rating due to the front desk supervisor Josh was beyond none the best host I've come across at any hotel worldwide. Courteous, kind, engaging. Keep it up :-)

Only downside was the noise from the other rooms.

Clean rooms, great for business travel. Located away from the riffraff. Restaurants within range. Friendly staff. Gym well equiped. Slightly dated, but nothing horrible. Quiet. Typical Hilton breakfast menu that changes daily.

We stayed here for one night. Everything was fine, however, we preferred the included breakfast at other hotels, as the selection here was very limited.

Enjoyed our stay. Not far from Silver Falls.

Very friendly staff. Close to the College we were touring. Will stay here again.

Nice and clean

Our stay here was fantastic but the highlight of our stay (and Oregon trip in general) was Maria (from breakfast staff). She went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our needs, and I thank her for her professionalism and kind heart. Night auditor and morning front desk staff were really helpful as well, and the room was neat and spacious. This is one of the many reasons I enjoy staying at Hampton Inn and Hilton properties, amazing staff.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good.

Can't praise the staff enough - extremely warm, welcoming and accommodating. They were very graceful with our rowdy-ish toddlers and graciously shipped to us the items we left behind. Comfortable stay, well renovated rooms. We got a diamond upgrade that was breathtakingly good.

The cutest little hotel ever!!! All the basics are the same as other Hilton chains, but the details are what sets them apart. The staff was so attentive, shower had great pressure, beds super comfy. The breakfast bar was clean and full, the tea and coffee bar was always stocked, even in the dead of night, free earbuds in the gym, free breakfast for everyone. Just a really nice, quiet, friendly hotel.
