Check-in & Dining: Exceptional Staff and High-Quality, Fairly Priced Restaurant Operations. The check-in staff and restaurant team went well beyond standard hotel service expectations. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the kitchen followed specific meal instructions perfectly, including making the fries extra crispy. Menu pricing was also surprisingly fair for an on-site hotel restaurant. Room & Accommodations: Well-Maintained Spaces with Great In-Room Coffee, with Minor Furniture Drawbacks. The room was clean and properly maintained with all standard amenities, including a appreciated in-room Keurig machine. The only noticeable downsides were the barrel chair, which proved uncomfortable to sit in for long periods, and a television that felt small for the layout. Housekeeping & Arrival: Clean and Fully Stocked for a Short Stay. Given the short duration of the stay, daily housekeeping service was not tested. However, the room was spotless and properly stocked with all necessary linens and supplies upon arrival. Parking & Property Amenities: Easy Free Parking and Promising Pool Area. Parking was completely free, straightforward, and required no permit pass or hassle. While time constraints prevented using the pool and hot tub—which was a primary reason for choosing the property—the facility looked inviting and remains a key reason to book again.

Hotel is fine and the staff is nice, but the quality has gone down over the years. This is especially noticeable with the food. Plus, breakfast is not included.

I Loved staying here! I wish I could stay at the Hilton forever. Great service and don't forget to ask for .. Aman!! Great manager. Beautiful swimming pool too

Lovely property and a great place to stay. The only fault I found is the spa, instead of being hot for a luxurious soak it's barely above ambient. I asked several times for them to adjust/fix it and no change. Pretty sad for a hot tub in the middle of the Napa Valley. Do better Hilton, we actually picked this property for the hot tub and were very disappointed.

Very disappointing experience. My child was served a waffle, and when I took a bite, I discovered a long hair embedded in the waffle. It appeared to be caught within the waffle rather than simply lying on the plate, which made me concerned that it may have gotten into the batter during preparation. This was extremely unpleasant and concerning, especially because it was my child’s food. I took a photo immediately after discovering it. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their food preparation and hygiene practices.
