That Oreo …. Holy crap. Best I’ve ever had. If you like cookies and cream GET IT. I could barely decide because all the flavors sound amazing and everything I tasted was good but it was my first time so I went with something I knew I could eat a whole scoop of. Bring your sweet tooth and your appetite because it’s amazing.

I have been a fan of Noble Folk since their cupcake days in Healdsburg - something about that place just stole my heart. Once the Santa Rosa location opened, it became a regular stop for me, even though I have the worst luck with their hours and seem to show up right as they’re closing more often than I’d like to admit. When I do make it in time, I always grab a slice of the mud pie, which is honestly one of my favorite desserts anywhere — rich, perfectly balanced, and never disappoints. This visit I finally tried the peanut butter mousse pie and wow, I don’t know why it took me so long — it was incredibly light yet indulgent, the kind of thing you think about on the drive home. There’s something genuinely special about a place that has kept me coming back through different locations and years; Noble Folk has that rare quality where you can just tell everything is made with real care.

It’s now 8:05 and they came out to take away the signage. We are eating next door at Augie’s French (delicious and beautiful!!) and the four kids were looking fwd to ice cream. I walked them in the ice cream store at 7:57 and was rudely told that the store has closed. And the last customer of the night was being served. There were 8 people still looking at flavors. I asked if they were able to accommodate four kids. And the woman behind the counter was adamant they stopped serving. If that’s the case then maybe take away your outdoor signage and turn your Open sign to Closed. Thanks
