Grand Palm Hotel

The Peermont Grand Palm is Gaborone's largest hotel complex: a casino resort on Grand Palm Boulevard with several restaurants and bars, a pool area and the conference centre that hosts many of the city's business events. It is a mainstream hotel listed as gay-friendly. As an internationally managed business hotel, it is used to all kinds of guests, and Botswana's courts decriminalised same-sex relations in 2019. Discretion in public is still the local norm. Google reviews average 4.3 from about 1,900 ratings. It sits a few kilometres west of the city centre, so plan on taxis.
