Sun City Accomodation Maputo

Do not trust this hotel! I had a booking which was confirmed by both the hotel and me, but when I arrived, they had sold the room to someone else! The reservation was through Agoda. This is no way to conduct a hotel business, and I recommend anyone to look elsewhere. The place looked dirty from outside also. Really, stay away and find a better place.

We arrived yesterday, and the accommodation claimed they had no room for us despite our prior booking confirmation on Booking.com. We were simply left standing on the street. No alternative was sought, nor were we offered any assistance. Now I've received information from Booking.com that they've pretended we never showed up. Leaving two women stranded alone in an unfamiliar city after a nine-hour journey, despite having a booking confirmation, is highly unprofessional.
