Room was great, cleaned and well kept. Front desk staff and security were super friendly and helpful. Location is reasonable for the price range, within walking distance to the city centre, busy but now rowdy, well lit and safe to walk at night Breakfast Bar could do with more selection, and perhaps even a complimentary coffee, rather than charging us for additional coffee.

2 night stay. Nothing bad about this place. Friendly and helpful staff. The Howling Moon rooftop bar and resteraunt was a great venue with good food. Happy hour (2 hours) was a score. Free parking, large clean and modern room. Perfect location and right next to a light rail station with only 2 stops to city.

Our stay at the Rex was perfect from check-in to check-out. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, the room had a beautiful view of the sunrise ❤️, it was clean and quiet, and the bathroom had no musty smell at all. I highly recommend it!
