Queerspace

I always love coming to Queerspace events, they are very chill vibe and are so much fun :D

Two online applications and two direct phone applications over the last few months in an attempt to access the counseling service. Each time I was told they had no record of my previous applications 🤦‍♂️. I finally got a call back after my 4th attempt got passed on, and they told me someone would call me today to follow up. I heard nothing all morning so tried calling twice through the day and couldn't even get an answer. 5pm, still no call and the office is now closed. I understand there's a lot of people trying to access services like this at the moment and they may be very busy. But if they are unable to actually provide a service, don't offer it! Especially not something like counselling that involves people's mental and emotional wellbeing.
