Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel

Good

Very good service and stay

Front desk isn’t much informative And I feel they assigned a wrong room On follow up they stated the club and execute are same rooms Please be careful on bookings was ok ok experience But food was amazing

My stay at Renaissance was made special by the people who looked after me. The laundry department deserves a special mention for its amazing service. At the restaurant, the food was consistently delicious and never boring. A heartfelt thank you to manager Sachin Hasabe and his team for their attentive service and for making me feel so at home. And Osman—thank you for being there at just the right moment. When my Uber app suddenly wouldn’t open, he booked a cab for me without a second’s hesitation and made sure I got into the right one safely. It’s these thoughtful moments that I’ll remember most. Thank you, Renaissance team!

It is such a big hotel, yet the driver has to go to the basement to drink water and their staff gives absolutely poor service, it seems to them as if the driver has come after committing some crime against someone, they do not even know how to talk to the driver, how to talk to him, all the drivers, never come to this hotel with any guest.

Excellent food with the celebration at R Kitchen for my mother's birthday. Must visit and experience the same. Supportive staff with complete cooperation.
