I've been visiting this property for quite some time when I come to Hyderabad with my parents. But this time, I had the worst experience in this hotel. The quality had degraded drastically, both for the rooms and the service. We had to ask for room change 3 times as every other room had some issues. In the first one, AC was not working, second had a constant noise coming, in the third jet spray was not working. Additionally, the service was so slow that after waiting for an hour in the room for asked things, I had to go to the reception and ask for the things personally there. Even the first day, food options in the breakfast got over very early. Very very disappointed this time!

Service and staff is very polite and good. Location also very good but property is average and food is just ok.

Worst service, it’s not a 3 star hotel , it’s like a lodge with restaurant that’s it. Poor staff service. Mattress quality was pathetic. No hygiene in the room and toilet. except food rest everything pathetic- Not worth for money

Room service is very good nashta is also very tasty and in much variety ..we enjoyed very much...
