Zahade was an amazing hotel manager and graciously took care of all our needs! The Harmony hotel is located in a great place near so many shops and restaurants! I will definitely come back!

We booked a double room. When we arrived, it turned out that it was two separate beds. We asked to change rooms and the response was hostile. This was the first time we encountered the very unkind service of the hotel staff, but certainly not the last time. The room we were given on the first floor has no insulation at all. Until after midnight there was terrible noise from the street, and at five in the morning there was unbearable noise from the garbage truck. On the fifth floor to which we moved, after an unpleasant conversation with the receptionist, we were given a new, old, and not renovated room. The stay includes breakfast open until 10 in the morning. By 9:30 some of the food was already gone. When we asked, they explained to us that they were no longer refilling it because it was too late. And so on and so on with a sense of unprofessionalism. No one knew the password for WiFi, the toilets in the lobby were locked. An experience of unprofessionalism, unpleasant service, low level. Disappointing.

Excellent hotel

A super great hotel, the food was amazing and the variety was good, one of the best locations ever in the center of the center near everything, and the service is very easy to contact and very fast. Overall 10/10.

Amazing service, awesome food, the receptionist speaks multiple languages. The service was top. And the bed were very comfy.

My experience was simply a nightmare! And the service and treatment I received after I dared to complain was disgraceful. It's a shame that this is how they treat their guests.
