We had much higher expectations for this hotel given the pricing and promotional information. Upon arrival, we decided to upgrade to a sea view, but unfortunately, the room itself was still very basic and quite unimpressive for the cost. The service left a lot to be desired - after calling room service a few times with no answer, I had to head down to the front desk to ask for extra towels, which never arrived anyway. Because the overall experience felt below average, we ended up cutting our stay short and spending only one night. On the bright side, the location is fantastic, and the breakfast was truly great.

We arrived at the hotel for one night on Friday to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and unfortunately we were very disappointed by a series of failures. When we entered the hotel to check in we were shocked to discover that there was a wedding taking place there. This is something basic that I would expect the hotel to share with its guests because it undoubtedly detracts from the experience. There was noise and commotion and the experience was the opposite of what I expected when I booked that night. I will note that the hotel staff was very nice and welcoming and tried to make up for the situation and upgraded us to another room but the experience itself of entering the hotel and hearing music and commotion was very disappointing, especially since at no point in the booking was it stated that there were events taking place there - we felt really cheated. Another failure was when we went up to the pool and ordered a drink through the app and after half an hour of waiting, we were told that the service had closed long ago. One last thing, the breakfast - the most miserable I've ever encountered in a hotel, from the uninviting way of serving in the gastronomes like in the army to the terrible level of freshness. We were explained that this was a kosher hotel, but even when we stayed in kosher hotels in Israel, we never encountered such a miserable thing. In conclusion - from a hotel that brands itself as luxurious and boutique, the disappointment was great, mainly from the hospitality experience, it is clear that there is much room for improvement in this area. I will mention again that the staff was lovely! Very helpful and really tried to help improve the experience, but it seems that the problem lies in basic procedures that need to be improved, which do not depend on the staff.

I stayed here over 2 weeks and the experience was exceptional! First off the hotel itself is beautiful and in the best location you can wish for. 2nd, the staff were absolutely outstanding! Michael, Tania, Tamar - everywhere you go you’re greeted with smile and they ask for your needs, very personal and concierge experience. The rooms are new and well maintained definitely when you comparing it to other alternatives in TLV. The breakfasts are great and it helps that there’s a chef restaurant just downstairs so you can grab a drink or food. On top of that the beautiful rooftop and the pool. Overall 10/10 and definitely recommend!

Clean hotel, well located and with very helpful staff. Breakfast on Saturday is kosher, because we live under a theological dictatorship, but it is delicious and very rich. There is no coffee machine as is customary in dictatorships. Pleasant staff, although they do not always speak Hebrew.

I have many compliments and few comments As a platinum customer of the chain, I visit many McGulry hotels, especially Accor. I have been waiting to come to this hotel for some time... So this is how we were welcomed in an amazing way. "What would you like to drink, what would you like, cold or hot coffee, soda, juice, wine? A huge bar that you are not used to seeing. And during the entire stay at the reception you can drink and enjoy. There were 2 nice and kind ladies at the reception, we got the rooms quickly. The problem in my opinion is that the reception and the dining room are in the same space and it is a bit unpleasant to check in and check out in front of everyone, especially during meal times. It is less appropriate. It is better to separate these functions, it is more respectful, intimate and appropriate. The rooms are beautiful and cozy! We were greeted by a bottle of cava wine, a gift from the house🤩 and for that we thank you. But, oh, there is a serious problem in room 111, the Menachem Suite! It sits right above the restaurant and the noise there is continuous all evening from opening until almost 01:00, yes until 1 in the morning.... The music until 24:00 and then talking and work noise until 01:00. Not proper and unacceptable! For this I am deducting 2 stars from the rating. What can be done? This suite during weekdays should either not be rented at all or rented at a very discounted price. Due to the noise. Friday and Saturday nights are very quiet and pleasant (the restaurant is closed). The pool is cool with a cute bar and kind and pleasant staff and the view and sunset are stunning. Breakfast both during the week and on Saturday is excellent and very good. The spa is excellent I got a really excellent massage, a really good back shoulder and neck treatment🙏. The location in Tel Aviv of the hotel is excellent! Central, accessible and not above the noisy entertainment centers but really close. Parking in the Lin parking lot is also convenient and not too far. Thank you very much for everything. We will come back again (not to room 111) Thank you

I had a fantastic stay at this magnificent hotel. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are modern and well-equipped. I loved the rooftop pool and the bar. I highly recommend it! I've already booked two more stays.
