Lily & Bloom Hotel

We had a great stay at Lily & Bloom. The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. They were always quick to take care of anything we needed and made our stay really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived at the Zog Hotel, we had previously asked to upgrade the room for 300 NIS in addition to the 850 NIS including breakfast, of course we agreed. The lobby is very beautiful, we arrived at the room with a broken toilet, the phone in the room does not work at all, the design is very beautiful except for the fact that the shower windows are full of rust. The feeling was that we were alone in the hotel and that the staff of 2 people was not at all prepared to receive guests. In the morning they were surprised that we ordered breakfast. We drank the coffee in a disposable cup because that's what it was and after about 20 minutes a really poor breakfast was served.... We were asked to take into account that the hotel was closed and the situation was difficult. So take the cost accordingly and allow a choice. Simply disrespectful, not to mention a job in the eyes, disappointment

If you're staying in Tel Aviv, Lily And Bloom Hotel is the perfect place. You'll be welcomed by the owners, Delphine and Richard, attentive, caring, and kind hosts. You'll find comfort and authenticity in a warm and cozy setting. I loved the beautifully decorated lobby, with its French music from the 70s and 80s, jazz, and a retro projector that takes you back to the Super 8 films of the Yé-yé era, set in the Greek islands, St. Tropez, Juan-les-Pins, etc., which owe their success to the stars of the time. A delicious, complete, and fresh breakfast, prepared by Delphine and served by Richard with good humor, is the perfect way to start your day in the historic district, where you can stroll around. Shops, restaurants, and the market are all nearby. In short, for me, it's the place to be for a future trip to Israel. Nathalie🌟

Beware! This hotel will try and scam you! I had to cancel a trip and my stay at Lily and bloom hotel was still within the cancellation period. I canceled the stay and was still charged the full amount. They told me I canceled within 48 hours of midnight and therefore couldn’t be credited, even when I sent them several screenshots of their own communication saying I could cancel any time before 48 hours before check in. The staff was then hostile to me over messages when trying to be refunded for my trip and ended up ignoring me! I ended up needing to get refunded for the stay via my credit card company, which agreed to my assessment and canceled the transaction. Well when I looked at my statement this month the hotel had illegally charged my credit card again with no authorization to do so. DO NOTT!!! Stay here!!!

Perfect hotel! No complaints - excellent value for money

We stayed as a couple at the Lily & Bloom Hotel and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel is very cozy, well-designed and well-maintained, with a relaxed atmosphere and courteous service. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and cafes, and close to the HaMasilah Park, Rothschild Boulevard and other attractions in the city. An excellent choice for those looking for a combination of comfort and a central location in Tel Aviv
