TRAP' is a small gay bar on the fourth floor of the Dairokuten building in Shinjuku Ni-chōme. Like most Ni-chōme bars it is a counter bar built around the owner (the "master"), and conversation with him and the regulars is the point. Reviews credit him for good snacks and a friendly welcome to newcomers and foreigners, and the bar has reportedly appeared in a manga. Expect a table or seat charge on top of drinks, which is normal in Ni-chōme. Hours aren't confirmed, so check before going.
