Stonewall Japan

Stonewall Japan started in the early 1990s as the LGBT support group of the JET Programme and opened to everyone in 2012. It is now the main volunteer network for foreign LGBTQIA+ residents in Japan. It runs English-language social events, online peer-support groups and regional groups, including one for Tokyo and Kanto. It also publishes resources on living in Japan as an LGBTQ+ foreigner. There is no physical office. Connect through stonewalljapan.org or its social channels, ideally before you arrive.
