Nice to relax

The room is nice, they have good service and I hope there is a garbage bin in the corner of the bed and in the living room not only in the bathroom, and I also expected that when I entered the room there would be a towel art on the bed/towel swan. Lastly, their internet is weak. We did not use the TV upstairs and downstairs, but the music was playing but the rest was good, thank you.

My sister and I stayed here for a night to take a short break, very convenient location, with friendly staff, easy access to NAIA, MOA and if you want visit baclaran church. We book executive deluxe and surprisingly upgraded to suite. also love the jacuzzi bathtub ♥️ planning to book again after our trip to Thailand.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ava Cuneta and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. The room I was given was different from what I booked. Additionally, there was no water provided, and basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and cups were missing. I’m sorry to say that I cannot recommend this hotel based on my stay. However, I must respectfully disagree with your reasoning regarding the drinking water. While I understand and support your environmental commitment to reducing plastic use, providing guests with basic amenities—especially drinking water—upon arrival is a fundamental standard of hospitality. Guests should not need to request something as essential as water; it should be readily available in the room from the moment they check in. Similarly, while I acknowledge your clarification about the shampoo-with-conditioner dispenser, these details should be immediately visible and accessible without requiring guests to search or inquire. I hope this feedback helps you improve the guest experience for future visitors. A truly hospitable stay anticipates needs rather than placing the burden on guests to ask for basic comforts.

The stench from the sewer filled the toilet 🚾, it really stinks!

This hotel is clearly designed for couples, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so friendly and professional. The food also exceeded our expectations. The karaoke machine in our suite was a nice touch and we had a lot of fun singing. My only recommendation would be to provide a second microphone, and to make sure there are no visible handprints left behind from previous guests.
