關於此地 EQUAL GROUND
EQUAL GROUND is a Colombo-based LGBTIQ human-rights organisation founded in 2004 by Rosanna Flamer-Caldera. It organises Colombo Pride and runs counselling, psychosocial support, legal-aid referrals and the campaign to repeal Penal Code Sections 365 and 365A.
Same-sex activity is still criminalised in Sri Lanka, though prosecutions are rare. For visitors, EQUAL GROUND is a good contact for current community events and safety information. No address is listed here; contact it through its own website.
