Around 5 PM on September 13th, Ms. Li, the counter staff member, had an extremely poor attitude. She spoke very impatiently, didn't ask if I was a member, didn't say thank you, and even threw away the receipt. Why should I have to endure such a bad service just to buy a cream puff? If you don't like your job, you can find another one! Don't let your personal emotions ruin a brand's image.
