Farose Sauna – Saphan Kwai

This place is AWESOME. Huge, haunted house vibes (pretty sure there's ghosts in there, too), an interesting crowd instead of the usual generic sauna-goers elsewhere. Cats, abandoned rooms, empty levels and really cool people. The only sauna with tops in the whole of Bangkok.

Actually, I would like to suggest to the owners that all the negative comments should be improved, such as the issue of the staff having service mind and the issue of the person at the guardhouse raising their voice at the customers. Honestly, if we assume that we can handle these two issues, because I don't feel it myself, many people feel it, I think Pharos will be more approachable and attractive to people who live far away like me.

Don't come out of curiosity, it's a real haunted house. It's smelly, filthy, and the environment is terrible, full of old men. The space is huge and terrifying, just like a scene from a Thai horror movie 😅

This local sauna used to be one of the best places to chill and great place to engage with others years ago but sadly it has turned into a place not very welcoming. Poorly maintained and equipped for the comfort for patrons. I am still hoping it will improve to gain the popularity like before.

The pool is empty and there are no facilities whatsoever, no sauna, no jacuzzi... nothing... Unpleasant welcome. The building has enormous potential, but it's a complete disaster... 250 baht for an urban exploration...

It was my first time there, and it was very old, smelly, and dirty. There were discarded syringes everywhere. It's not a place worth visiting at all. One visit was enough; I'm never going back.

It used to be number one, always packed with people, lockers were always full, there were shows around the pool, a dance club with free alcohol, and a huge area. It's still open now, but the old place is showing its age. I wish they'd renovate the restrooms and showers. Even now, it's still popular and the atmosphere is great.

A fantastic experience, but hygiene needs improvement.

Don't go, There is no people, I'm just coming back.

It's much better now. More people, cleaner, and more affordable.
