Right Side NGO

Right Side is a trans-led human-rights organisation founded in Yerevan in 2016. Its founder, Lilit Martirosyan, is one of Armenia's best-known trans activists. The group records violence and discrimination against transgender people and sex workers, gives peer support and refers people to legal and social services, and campaigns for legal gender recognition and anti-discrimination laws. Armenia has no legal protection against anti-LGBTQ discrimination, and trans people there face real hostility. For that reason Right Side does not publish a street address.
