It's always very loud – during events the door is open, and there are constantly up to 30 people outside smoking and shouting – the bouncer either watches or shouts along. When will you finally start being considerate of residents who want to sleep? It's 00:51 and still louder than cars during the day.

I was verbally abused by a guest because I tried to protect a friend. The guest was drinking from his glass and had previously harassed him physically on several occasions. (His drink was kindly replaced.) Because he has a migrant background, the staff initially protected him. Only after others complained was he asked to leave for the evening. We have since been assured that the staff will receive further training. I am very grateful to the restaurant for contacting me and for their friendly handling of the situation.
