關於此地 Frites Atelier | Brussel

Frites Atelier is the fries chain started by Dutch chef Sergio Herman, and this branch is at Rue Sainte-Catherine 32 in central Brussels. It's a mainstream, gay-friendly snack bar, not a gay venue. Hand-cut fries are double-fried until crisp outside and soft inside, then served with house sauces or loaded toppings such as stoofvlees stew. It costs more than a corner friterie. Google shows 4.5 from nearly 7,000 reviews, and there's seating indoors and outside. The Sainte-Catherine quarter's restaurants are around it, and the gay bars on Rue du Marché au Charbon are about ten minutes' walk south.
