Cannot be recommended, their breakfast was poor value for money, the rooms were mega small because their elevator hardly worked

We just had a really good stay at Cabinn Aalborg. The place stands out for its very welcoming and friendly staff, its good location and the easy possibility of parking in Friis parking house booked and paid at the hotel and with the possibility of driving in and out and staying parked for the rest of the day after check-out at the hotel. Here is everything you need, but the space conditions of the rooms are quite narrow, so next time we prioritize one of the larger rooms although they are also quite small.

Excellent location in downtown Aalborg close to the railway- and bus station, Main Street, and water. Also nearby is the Friis Shopping Center that is the next building next from the hotel. Nearby is also huge supermarket Føtex. I stayed for one night in a standard room that I only booked a couple of days prior but nevertheless got a very attractive rate when booking via the official CABINN hotels website. The hotel is quite large with up to 300 rooms if I'm not mistaken and it was quite busy upon my arrival with a lot of guests since it was on a weekend but the atmosphere was relaxed and laid back. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly in the reception during both check in and later in the hotel bar. The room was impeccable clean and everything was whole and working. The WiFi had a good strong signal and the TV worked well also. There is a kettle with cups and tea and coffee in the room too. One thing where there is room for improvement is the shower whose faucet was really sensitive and as it was on the same pipe as the sink and the bathroom is quite small one risk being soaked from the shower when only intending to use the sink, so perhaps it can be adjusted to be less sensitive or have a better signage. Over all I really liked this hotel and consider that it is good value for money and I can really recommend it when visiting Aalborg in Denmark.

For the price the room is what I expected. Two single beds in bunk bed, totally ok size, and nice bathroom. Everything I needed for a good stay. Breakfast is ok. Eggs that should not be mentioned, and chicken balls that are very good. There are also other various orders.

The service was good, the rooms where just okay. Exactly what I expected and I’m reasonably pleased. Bathrooms were small but practical. The madrass was not of a high standard but I’m eighteen so does not matter to me. This Hotel has two massive upsides. The placement of the hotel (very central). And the price, can’t complain. To summarize it fits its purpose. Cheap and does its job.

The hotel is centrally located and is affordable. The queues are very narrow, but there is a table along the wall and a TV. There is also the possibility of making coffee or tea. Bathroom and toilet are ok, but again tight conditions. However, one must consider the price in relation to tight conditions.

Stayed one night in connection with my son's football team to play against AaB. In headlines: It's cheap. There is good stable wifi. The room is small but good and clean. The staff at the reception is super cute. Good parking options as there is a parking cellar underneath the hotel. Lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it as a nice budget hotel and for a lower number of nights.

Did not expect a luxury suite but a good bed,a clean room and a nice shower.The room was poorly cleaned,and the shower such an integral part of the bathroom that there was no room to maneuver at all. Soap was a dried up piece of chalk,so bring your own. Informed the front desk about the cob webs and the grimy toilet and they took note,and promised me a refund on my parking fee. Which so far has not materialized.

Don't expect anything. We had asked for a double room and we were given a triple room with single beds. The bathroom was much worse, a Danish custom but not shared for hygienic reasons. In short, a telephone booth here. Sheets and clean environment. Not very secure window that can only be opened outwards (fifth floor). Parking one night 12 euros. Bar and reception 24/24.
