關於此地 HORISONT RESTAURANT & BAR

Horisont is the restaurant and bar on the 30th floor of the Swissôtel Tallinn at Tornimäe 3, in the high-rise business district just east of the Old Town. The main draw is the view over the Old Town spires and Tallinn Bay. It is a mainstream hotel restaurant listed as gay-friendly, not a gay venue. Prices are in the upper band, and it carries a 4.6 Google rating from about 600 reviews. A cocktail at the bar around sunset is the cheaper way to get the view without committing to the full dinner menu. Book ahead for window tables, especially on weekends.

We came to celebrate my son's birthday. We had a waiter, and I thought he was a little tipsy. But maybe it was just me. When they brought my son and husband the tartare, they didn't bring croutons. And then they didn't bring them either. And he didn't ask if we wanted bread. Or do they not serve bread at this place? We were there on August 15th. The prices at this restaurant are not cheap, so the price-quality ratio is a 2. I don't recommend it.

The venue is premium, but the service is terrible. The TV, which blocks the view of the city and sea, completely ruins the view. The venue has a premium feel, but the service was disappointing. The biggest issue is the huge TV blocking the stunning city and sea view. It completely ruins what should be the restaurant's main attraction. Such a strange design decision.
