Hansa Hotell

It's a lovely little rustic hotel in Tartu. The hotel rooms are named after former German/European Hanseatic cities. It's a bit removed from the city center. It's about a 25-30 minute walk to downtown Tartu. The hotel is located right next to two large shopping malls, the Ahaa shopping center, and a swimming pool.

The hotel is located a little (2 km) outside the city center on a busy street. It has its own free parking. We had a ground-floor room that opened onto the courtyard, which, like the entire hotel, is quite imaginatively designed and also serves as a beer garden and event space. In any case, there's plenty to discover in the rooms, the courtyard, and the restaurant. Unfortunately, we found a half-rotten apple and a used snus behind the bedside table, which we moved to plug in to charge it.

Constantly. Lacked air conditioning. Grin breakfast. Many stairs. Good car parking.
