Friendly welcome... if it's the tallest bartender who's serving! The other bartender, who looks a bit like Ramirez (Jugnot) from "Papy fait de la résistance," should take a page from his colleague's book and show a bit more courtesy. He should also avoid going downstairs on Tuesdays with his flashlight to chase away the offender who isn't respecting the dress code (no one has ever done that before him, nor does anyone else do it; one has to wonder about the guy...) and be a little less present: not only does he greet you strangely, but once his shift is over, you also have to put up with him downstairs... it's a lot, especially since now it's like that every day...

I don't understand all the negative comments. The place is large and clean, and the prices are very competitive: €10 for entry on Saturdays (you can hardly find anything cheaper), and €4 for a drink is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming. Having been to other bars like Secteur X and Full Metal, I can say the staff are just as friendly, especially Francis. Honestly, I can only recommend all these bars. You'll have a great time and meet some interesting people. Of course, like any bar, the crowd is completely unpredictable; there are no rules. A more than satisfied customer.

I went on Saturday afternoon. A very aggressive guy came out and begged for him to go. Just because he rings the bell and speaks through the speaker. And I didn't know if I opened the buzzer door. I went to try to have a good time, I was on vacation in Paris, I think it was because of my English language. It was a terrible experience that made me feel very uncomfortable with his attitude towards me. I'll tell my friends when they come to Paris not to go to this place. Why they are based only on the appearance of people. I think this person shouldn't work in this place!

€18 on a Sunday for this? No way… It's not clean, it's slippery, and there are only old people, very old people. You might as well go to a sauna; at least there's usually a gym, a sauna, a hammam, and sometimes a swimming pool, because here we're royally bored. 😎

The place is big and lots of options to have fun, also very dark. But careful: no towels or slippers provided, no showers available either! It felt filthy, but not in a sexual and arousing way. Owners / people at the reception are simply rude.

A bar where people have a lot of fun on Tuesdays and Sundays. The couple who run it aren't friendly, they're authoritarian, and they make inappropriate political remarks in front of customers. Not exactly tactful. But thankfully, we don't go there for the owners.

So, to echo the negative comments, I hadn't been to this place for two years, I think. The staff is indeed unfriendly, the opposite of welcoming. Perhaps you should reflect on your own behavior, given the number of comments along these lines: you can't always accuse customers of being mean or unfair. Today the place (which is still very nice) was practically empty (I think there were five people at most). Afterwards, I admit that coming on May 1st wasn't a good idea if you wanted to have a wide selection, perhaps... but maybe it's also because being treated like that doesn't make you want to come back, whereas I frequented Les Docks, then Le Bunker for so many years, always with charming staff you could chat and laugh with... Here, you almost get yelled at because you don't know you now have to leave your bag at the entrance (you can explain it nicely, with a smile, the result would be the same), you practically get yelled at when you order a drink (a soda for 4 euros!) and dare to ask if you pay on the way out (like before) and you get a curt "no, not right away." In short, being friendly and smiling isn't included in the price.

Overall, the team is very pleasant and the service is excellent, making for a positive experience. However, we were disappointed by the attitude of one employee, a short, white, bald male bartender of about 50 (whose name we don't yet know, but we will provide it if necessary). His behavior seemed cold and unwelcoming. When we asked questions, his responses were often negative and given without any real explanation, which created a rather unpleasant impression. He also sometimes bothers customers for no reason, notably by bringing a flashlight. His behavior clearly detracts from the atmosphere and image of the establishment. His attitude was sometimes discourteous and doesn't reflect the standard of the rest of the staff, who are otherwise very professional and friendly. I hope he will have to leave his job if he can't be welcoming and find another one he likes. We hope this point can be taken into consideration to ensure a consistent experience for all customers.

For my first visit to the place I am not disappointed...I had the time of my life...great place for a very hot time.
