關於此地 Ynycio

Ynycio is a Montagnettes apartment residence at 560 Rue du Val Claret, at the upper end of Val Claret in Tignes. It rents self-catering apartments by the week and rates 4.5 on Google from about 125 reviews. It is a mainstream residence, not a gay venue; European Snow Pride lists it as one of its official partner residences, which makes it a practical base for the March gay ski week. As with most Tignes accommodation, it opens for the winter and summer seasons only.

Very beautiful accommodation with a magnificent view of the mountains. The pool and the spa are very enjoyable, for both children and adults. The staff is welcoming and available to answer all our questions.

Very beautiful residence extremely well located in Tignes (in Val Claret at the highest point of the resort) in the mountains. Very quiet, the staff is very welcoming, and the apartments are extremely comfortable! I highly recommend it and would like to come back!

Very beautiful accommodation with an exceptional view, great amenities, very well located. If you are a family of athletes, go for it! There are so many activities in the resort.

Very good stay. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Perhaps a small table is missing on the balcony to enjoy meals outside and additional lounge chairs around the jacuzzi. Excellent stay. We will return without hesitation

The immediate environment is perfect, quiet. The apartment remains simple with an exotic touch, perfectly functional. Finally, the staff is discreet but always present and efficient, and the management knows how to take everyone's needs into account, in my case an elderly person. Thank you.

It was a nice clean apartment on the slopes. The bread service in the morning was also fine and fine ski lockers in the basement. The only downside we found was that none of our 3 bedrooms were adjacent to outside. All bedrooms were "indoor". One had no windows at all and therefore pitch black. The two others had a glass wall with curtains that bordered the living room. So there was nowhere to open a window. It made us feel stuffy at night and it was also very hot in these rooms

We stayed here for the location. Fantastic hotel. Nothing really fancy or special about it but the room was warm and clean. We stayed in room 102. Some one thought it was ok to smoke weed next to us every morning until we reported it then it stopped. Location next to Bollin lift and town. Ski in and out perfect. Barzuto restaurant is over priced and not worth it for evening meal. You get no discount for staying at the hotel off your bill and the food is average. Staff are ok. The Sauna and jacuzzi doesn’t open until 3pm. That needs to change and open in the morning. To sum up. If the hotel was further away from the slopes we wouldn’t go back but the location is perfect.

Visited as a party of 8 (6 adults a pre-teen and a child) at the beginning of January. We were a little unsure of what to expect as the pictures looked lovely and it ticked every box for us. We weren’t disappointed. The location is fabulous. We all really appreciated the ski in ski out aspect and proximity to the lifts in val claret. The boot room was super spacious too with good sized lockers a real positive. The apartment itself was great. Really quiet and fabulous location looking directly onto the slopes and cocoricos - we enjoyed the music and lights every night until closing at 8.30. It wasn’t overly loud. We had an issue with horrendous sewer smell on the first night in one of the en-suites - reported it to reception and it was immediately fixed and smell went almost instantly. The oven stopped working as we were about to eat dinner one night - we let reception know and within 10minutes someone had come to check it then within 30mins it had been completely replaced with a brand new oven. The staff were all incredibly helpful. When we asked one night if the pot we had would be ok in the oven for a casserole - they produced a different pot from the restaurant to borrow. The apartment could have done with a little more storeage in the rooms and bedside tables. The master room had a good sized wardrobe and shelves next to bed but the other rooms didn’t really have any cupboards or bedside shelves and some of our party resorted to propping things on suitcases next to the bed! It would have been really helpful to have had information in the apartment on where the bins were / what needed recycled / check out procedure etc - we had to guess at a lot of this! The spa facilities were lovely. We didn’t have any issue with lack of hooks. It could do with some more seats poolside but otherwise it was a lovely place to relax after a day of skiing. Overall we had a great trip and loved our stay at Ynycio - it’s definitely somewhere we would return to.

This is the second time we have stayed at YNYCIO. My first review is dated Jan 25. Not much has changed since my first review, which is a shame. There is still a bad drainage smell in the building, the extraction fans are still pretty rubbish in the bedrooms, so the showers fill the room up with steam, hardly any storage for clothes and there were no extra coat hooks in the spa for dressing gowns, so again ours were taken with our room keys in them. You'd like to think that some action would be taken from reviews, even just the little things. Negatives aside, we came back because of the position of the hotel, its right on the slope of Bollin, really great ski in/ski out, bakery delivery daily, nice and clean. We knew what to expect, which is half the battle when in a large group. We didn't book Bazurto this time, its really not worth the money, we have a few fussy eaters in our party. We prefer more traditional French food whilst visiting France, we live for the fondue.
