Small selection

It was my first time in the shop and I was thrilled. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can try everything on. They have a huge selection. I highly recommend this shop.

Very bad experience. ITS NOT TAX FREE DELIVERY EVEN THOUGH I PAID ABOUT £60 FOR THE DELIVERY. I have to pay £50 for the FedEx! I ordered in December and got the items in February. There’s even a wrong item. Now I receive a letter saying I have to pay £50 for the TAX! Awful!

Nice selection, very friendly and helpful staff.

I wanted to try some latex fashion off-the-rack in Berlin, and Blackstyle is a truly excellent store for it. Having worked in customer service for years I know the hard work that is required to create a flawless customer experience, but Blackstyle do it 10/10. Felt very safe browsing and trying the items that I bought. Max was very helpful and friendly. Thank you - will definitely shop with you again!

The pictures advertised are false impressions of what they really look like. The Christmas selection for men in particular. Nothing sparkles the way they photo it.
