AIDS-Hilfe Frankfurt (AHF) is the city's main HIV and sexual-health charity. From its offices at Friedberger Anlage 24 it provides prevention work, testing, counselling and support for people living with HIV. It also runs the Switchboard, a gay community café and meeting space on Alte Gasse. For visitors it is the place to ask about confidential testing, PrEP and PEP referrals, or local support services. Call or check the website for testing times before going, since walk-in hours are limited.

Competent support for gay men in many situations, for both positive and negative aspects of life. Friendly and well-organized. We also offer individual consultations by appointment, e.g., on pension issues, etc.
